ECR (Reformation through Education and Charity) was founded in 2010. Initially, we focused on HR consultancy, partnering with airports, airlines, hotels, and multinational companies. In 2014, we expanded into the education sector by establishing ECR Institute of Management Studies, affiliated with Mangalore University and approved by AICTE. We further strengthened our presence in the healthcare education sector by acquiring Canara College of Nursing in 2015 and Soukhya College of Nursing in 2018, both of which are affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University and approved by the Indian Nursing Council.

ECR is the first college to introduce innovative learning experiences, such as AI-powered teaching robots made by ECR BCA AI students in association with MAKERLABS and visual representation classes. Our curriculum goes beyond academics and literature, focusing on essential career-building skills, including language proficiency, communication, public speaking, and leadership development through in campus part time jobs in association with multinational companies.
