Sreevidya orchids established since 2005 located in Cherthala , Alappuzha district . Alappuzha ( alleppey ) , the backwater of Alappuzha are the most popular torist attraction in Kerala . The plants are imported from the Southeast Asian countries ( Thailand , Taiwan , Malaysia ). Post Entry Quarantine Facilities are approved by the Kerala Agricultural University College of Agriculture . We are the only and only one orchid importer and orchid grower approved by the government in alappuzha district . In our growing farm we have facility of 3000 sq feet polyhouse which is fully covered of insective net . The polyhouse have the facility to accomadate 30,000 plants ( more varities of orchids ) . Mostly , the main hilight of our farm is open rain shutter and also we have separate facility for growing phalanops. Orchid enthusiast turns passion into a blooming business.
